SMS & notifications
By registering, you consent to receive OTP messages for login and transactional SMS for order updates. You may contact us to opt out of non-essential communications.
Prescription data
Uploaded prescriptions are reviewed by our licensed pharmacists and stored for a minimum period required by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Access is restricted to authorised pharmacy staff.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Passwords are never stored — we use OTP-based login exclusively.
Your rights
