Acceptance
By using the D-Medha website or app you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
Prescription medicines
Prescription-only medicines (Schedule H/H1/X) will only be dispensed against a valid prescription verified by our licensed pharmacist. Providing false prescriptions is illegal under Indian law.
Pricing & availability
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw products at any time. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing payment.
Orders & cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For prescription orders, cancellation is subject to pharmacist review status.
Delivery
We deliver to serviceable pincodes in and around Guntur. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Returns
Unopened, undamaged medicines in original packaging may be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Prescription medicines, cold-chain products, and opened packages are non-returnable.
Loyalty programme
Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
D-Medha Pharmacy is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
